The Power of Aspiration - Four causes of being born in the realm of Buddha Amitabha

Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche at Tampere, Finland. February 2-4th 2018

How to be born in the pure land of Buddha Amitabha? Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche kindly teaches four methods creating the causes to be born in the realm of Buddha Amitabha. The teaching is based on ancient Buddhist tradition and is mentioned in many sutras. These are motivation, aspiration, visualization and bodhichitta mind. Venerating Buddha Amitabha is especially popular in China, but also many Tibetan masters have composed prayers for a birth in Dewachen realm (sanskr. Sukhavati). Concentrating on Amitabha is one of the easiest ways for attaining enlightenment, becauseanyone can do these practices.

Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche is a fully authorized teacher and Buddhist master, who leads Danakosha Dharma Center.

The event is organized by the Tibetan Buddhist center Danakosha Ling, a Tibetan Buddhist center in the Nyingma tradition offering Buddhist teachings and retreats. Read more at www.danakosha.org.

Karma Yoga: Construction works at Danakosha Ling
Tue 15th May 2018 - Fri 15th June 2018
at Danakosha Ling, Forssantie 37, Jokioinen, Finland

As you know, Danakosha has a wonderful new place in the mid-point of the three major cities in south-western Finland. We emphasize being an authentic Buddhist center for study and practice, for students from all over the world, and particularly for northern Europe. There are very few Tibetan Buddhist centers in northern Europe. In this center we will offer summer courses and annual retreats, such as traditional drubchens and many other events.

In order for everything to go smoothly for the participants and organizers, we need to build rooms for accommodation, take care of the environment, and establish symbolic monuments of Buddhism, such as temples, stupas, mani wheels, etc. We need many people to help, particularly those with skills in construction. This year our karma yoga program will take place between May 15th 2018 to June 15th 2018, and you can come for any time that is suitable for you. We offer accommodation and food for the voluntary workers.

We would be happy to know as soon as you know if you can come to help in the renovations. Please contact us to info@danakosha.fi
